Deposit & Payment
- All payments are starting at on site locations.
- Client shall pay a deposit amount equal to half of their selected photoshoot package to secure the services and products specified. The final balance must be paid in full the day of the event. The deposit shall be applied to reduce the total balance of the package.
- IF YOU ARE WANTING A PHOTO SHOOT INSIDE THE STUDIO IT WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL fee of $60.00 ( THIS PRICE IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE.)
Cancellations or Postponement
- If Client should cancel the event for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded. If Client wishes to postpone or otherwise change the Event date, Client must contact the photographer (me) 24 hours before the scheduled date. Thereafter, if the Photographer is available for the desired new date, Photographer and Client will execute a new contract, and all monies paid will transfer to the new date. The new date must be within seven (7) days of the original date. If the Photographer is unavailable on the new date, the Contract will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
- Studio cancellations if the client is booked for a studio session and cancel they will be required to pay for a new studio session ($60.00) since all sessions are booked in time slots. ( THIS FEE IS NOT PART OF YOUR PHOTO PACKAGE )
- Onsite cacellations if the client is booked for a on site location (park,school,ect) and cancel if there is no fee at the required location you will not be charged any aditional fee's.
Running Late
- If the client is scheduled for a inside shoot (Studio Location) the client is required to be on time due to sessions are booked in time slots. If the client is late and would still want to shoot they will be required to pay for a new time slot ($60.00) (THIS FEE IS NOT PART OF YOUR PHOTO PACKAGE)
- If the client is running late to an on site location (park,school,ect) the photographer will give the client a 15-20 minuet grace period. If the client is going to be later than 20 minuets the photograher will cancel the scheduled shoot. It will be up to the client to reschedule for a later time or date. The new date must be within seven (7) days of the original date. If the Photographer is unavailable on the new date, the Contract will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
Turn Around Time
- After your shoot, it will take at least 3-7 days, to completely edit all of the photos. I’ll have them ready for you on a custom mobile app just for you. Previews from your shoot prior to completion will also be available upon request.
- Print packages are avaliable, for an additional fee.
